Description Supply labor, materials and equipment for the construction of a 684 sq. ft. addition to the existing Wolcott Senior Center. Additionally, for the removal & replacement of the existing slate roof and overhang on the stone building of the Senior Center as well as the repair or removal of the stone Bell Tower. The project will include but is not limited to the following: 1. Contractor will be responsible for footings and foundations 2. Anderson 200 Series GBG windows to match existing windows 3. Waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring will be provided by the Town. Contractor to consider the cost of labor only when preparing the bid 4. Interior trim to match existing trim. Baseboards to be 5 14/" PFJ neckbase 5. Ductless Mini Split System for Heating and Cooling 6. Emergency Exit Door to code including signage 7. LED Recessed Lighting 8. Roof of New Addition to be similarly shingled to existing building (not the stone building) 9. Exterior to be finished with Double 4 Vinyl Siding to match existing building 10. Roof Replacement on Stone Building should be shingled with "Slate-look" roofing material Inspire Roofing Classic Slate Series or equivalent 11. 3/0 x 6/8 Two panel, one lite smooth fiberglass exterior door with mini blinds between the glass, pre-hung on 6 9/16" composite jamb, aluminum handicap sill, left hand outswing, composite brickmold, prep for interior push bar, no exterior bore
