Description

The project is generally described as a lab alteration project covering 1,324 total square feet, located on the sixth floor of the Smith Building. The project scope includes construction and outfit of two wet labs. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm work is part of this project scope. Lab casework will be owner-furnished, and general contractor installed and coordinated. Plumbing fixtures will be ownerfurnished and general contractor installed.
