Riverwalk Apartments Project Located on Prospect Street in Hartland, Vt Construction Start is Anticipated in December 2022 With a 12 Month Duration. This Project Involves the New Construction of a Roughly 53,000 sf Structure. 4 Stories of Wood Framed Affordable Housing Units Sets on Top of a Podium Slab With Parking in the Garage Below. Additional Parking is Provided Behind the Building. New Green Spaces and Landscaping, Construction Methods Complying With the Vt 2020 Cbes and the Efficiency Vermont High Performance Track With Envelope and Compartmental Testing is Finished With Cement Siding, Vinyl Windows, and a Flat Membrane Roof. Pv Arrays Are Scheduled to Be Provided at the Roof Level, With High Efficiency Heat Pump Systems Provided Throughout. Davis Bacon Residential Wage Rates Will Apply. Minority-owned, Women Owned, Locally Owned, and Section 3 Businesses Are Strongly Encouraged to Respond. Drawings and Specifications Are Now Available From the Construction Manager. Awards Will Be Based on Cost of Work and the Subcontractor's Ability to Support the Project Schedule. Contract Award is Contingent Upon the Owner Accepting Final Gmp and Authorizing Construction. This project is partially funded by HUD and we encourage WMBE and section 3 subs to submit bids.
