This project entails the for the replacement offlat roofsystem at Fairgrounds Park Police Athletic League, and all labor, material, time, and appurtenances required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by the City ofHagerstown. Forty (40) working days is the length ofthe contract. Liquidated damages are assessed at $300.00 per day. Funding for this project is provided by American Rescue Plan Act. The separate Bid Booklet attachment shall be completed by the Bidder & submitted as the Sealed Proposal. 10% Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check to be submitted with the Sealed Proposal. The successful Bidder shall submit a 100% Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Payment Bond upon award of contract. Notice to Proceed will be issued in October 2022 at a date agreed to by the City and the contractor.
