The scope of this work includes: The replacement of one hydraulic and one traction elevator including all associated equipment and support systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection / alarm systems including smoke hatch replacement. General architectural scope includes the replacement of existing ceilings and doors, CMU wall infill, new fire-rated ceilings and minor asbestos abatement.
