| Description | The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Otisville, New York intends to make a single award for the provision of landfill services for the disposal of Solid Non-Hazardous waste from FCI Otisville. The waste material will consist of solid and wet nonhazardous waste from the institution. The contractor is responsible for full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Policy, rules, and regulations must apply. The disposal of waste shall be in a legally and environmentally safe manner. The contractor shall provide written documentation stating that the approved landfill meets all federal, state and local regulations. The Facility must have all necessary NY state licenses and applicable permits to operate. It is estimated that there will be approximately 560 tons of waste per year. The contractor will submit a monthly invoice along with all receipts/tickets related to the waste disposal. Receipts must identify truck number and the weight of the waste dumped. | ||||||||
