The certified check or bond will be held as a guarantee that if the proposed bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into a contract for same. Each bid shall contain the full name of every person and company interested in the same and must be sealed in an envelope and endorsed with the identification of the appropriate contract. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
