Tampa Bay Next Program

The State of Florida Department of Transportation (Department) requires a General Engineering Consultant (GEC) to provide a wide range of engineering, architectural, landscaping, environmental, geotechnical, Geographic Information System (GIS), traffic modeling, 3-D modeling, management and administrative services as needed to assist in executing the proposed “Tampa Bay Next” (TBN) program, its associated project(s) in the District Seven Work Program, and other regional impacts. These services will support all offices under District Seven’s Director of Transportation Development, and will focus primarily on serving as the Department’s Owner’s Representative for the TBN program, including all services incidental thereto. The GEC may also provide support for procurement, operations, maintenance, and construction activities as required to support Transportation Development.
