IH-21023 Remodel Basement CSP Offices Phase 1 - Capitol Annex

Scope of Work: 1. Add Alternate #1 - Provide and install new carpet squares east office area approx. 2,150 s.f. 2. Add Alternate #2 Add Light well for east offices. 3. Add Alternate #3 Light well for west offices complete (work would occur after 7/01/2021). 4. Add Alternate #4 Construct Holding Room with new wall, 2 benches with restraints and paint. (wo rk would occur after 7/01/2021). Per mandatory pre- bid walk through description. 5. Add Alternate #5 Construct Evidence check- in & storage, evidence one-way lockers, 2 new 3070 doors (work with CSP for specialty security door locks, lockers) (work would occur after 7/01/2021).
