Description

Project scope includes but is not limited to site work and construction of a 4-story, 127 room wood-framed building totaling 104,008 square feet. The plans include a large outdoor pool and spa area. The 7 Casita Units shown in the Civil Drawings are going to be a future project and will not be included with this project. As of November 30, 2023, most subcontract trades have been let and set. General contractor is waiting on Notice to Proceed. A firm construction timeline has not been determined, but is anticipated to be by end December 2023 or January 2024.
