| Description | a. Contractor is responsible for replacing all beam detectors throughout the facility and modify the fire system and HVAC system. b. New ceiling grid and tiles are to be supplied and installed in the Electrical, Telephone/Data and Storage closets on second floor outside Grand Ballroom. c. Install new 15/16 Armstrong Prelude ceiling grid, or PBC approved equal. Color to be white. All new wall angle for the ceiling grid will be attached to the existing block walls with Tapcons and the mains will be tied with ceiling hanger wire to steel members installed above. New ceiling grid mains will be set 4’ on center and will have a steel member anchored to the existing concrete wall above each ceiling main for support, the steel member will be anchored with angle clips and Tapcons. Ceiling tile to be 2’x4’ Armstrong Tile (769A), or PBC approved equal. |
