| Description | The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (Agency) at Sunland, located at 3700 Williams Drive in Marianna, Florida is an Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled located on a 500-acre campus. Residents live in homes and every effort is put forth to provide them with a typical home-like setting. The facilities provide complete care for the residents seven (7) days a week twenty-four (24) hours a day. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to secure a purchase order agreement with responsive and responsible Vendor to complete soffit, fascia, and other roof repairs in multiple buildings on the campus. Vendor must match existing color, style, type and existing gauge on all buildings. |
