The scope of work for this bid includes, but is not limited to the following: . ADA upgrades to restrooms . New parent drop off driveway and additional parking . HVAC Controls . New fire alarm system . Upgrades to the building electrical systems including switchgear and panelboards . Roof repairs A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on June 29, 2023 @ 2:00 PM prevailing local time at the project location. This project is bidding early to allow for long lead items to be ordered, construction is scheduled to begin summer 2024.
