Description

1. Provide for any and all Maintenance of Traffic for work in the ROW and on the project site. 2. Existing wet well diameter is approximately 4’ and depth is approximately 13’. All or portions of the wet well and vault may have been cast and/or constructed in place. 3. Remove and dispose of existing vault and wet well top that covers existing wet well. 4. Clean existing wet well, provide inspection for integrity, and upon approval install GML coating (or approved alternate). 5. Construct new circular concrete foundation per plans to receive new 6’- diameter HDPE lined wet well riser and top slab. 6. Replace all existing risers, fitting, valves, and all associated appurtances with new above ground valve array to be new 316 Stainless Steel. 7. Install new 316 SS dual slide rails, brackets, and all associated appurtenances. 8. Install new base elbows and all associated appurtenances. 9. Install new deck lid and a new aluminum access hatch with safety grating and all associated appurtenances (includes lining of new deck lid and access hatch frame per LDC and precast core holes). 10. Construct new concrete equipment slab, and driveway including all associated construction and expansion jointing and sealing. 11. Install new 4” 316 Stainless Steel gooseneck vent assembly. 12. Replace all existing transducers, floats, racks, control panel (Marion County to retain old control panel), TCU800 (Marion County to retain old TCU), and all associated electrical appurtenances with new per MCUD standards and details. 13. Provide and install two new Flygt submersible pumps, including all required and necessary appurtenances. 14. Install pressure gauges on both discharge pipes after plug valves. 15. Coordinate with electric provider to provide and install a new transformer pad, meter, secondary service and all required appurtenances to supply the lift station renovation with 480v/3ph. 16. Install 4” PVC force main connecting to existing force main and all required fittings. 17. Coordinate and install new water service, meter, backflow preventer, DFS pressure transducer, and all required appearances. 18. Install new curbing and fencing per MCUD requirements and details. Fencing shall have MCUD approved opaque slatting installed for privacy. 19. Finish grade and install new crushed granite with weed fabric inside lift station fencing, and finish grade and sod (sod to match existing), all disturbed areas.
