Miami-Dade College Kendall Campus Deferred Maintenance Building 2000 Exterior Waterproofing Project

Scope to include cleaning, preparing and replacing exterior wall joints with new backing rod and silicone or ethicone based sealants. Apply clear silane / siloxane penetrating sealer to cast-in-place fascia, walkway guard wall and stair towers. Install stainless steel coping cap on parapet walls. Walkways patch and repair damaged cast-in-place concrete. Apply polyurethane traffic coating at walkways and stairs.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Curbs and Gutters, Cast-In-Place Concrete Curbs and Gutters.
