Description

The Scope of Work for this project includes: Restoration of the Jail Exterior Facade by surface preparation & application of fluid applied masonry sealer over the existing brick, pre-cast concrete, & cast in place concrete vertical surfaces. Removal & replacement of elastomeric sealant joints. Inspection & repair of deteriorated grout joints. Cleaning exterior window surfaces upon completion of work.
