| Description | The main building for Denmar Correctional Center and Jail was built in the 1930s and an addition was built in the 1950s. There are two (2) existing elevators located in the main building. In June through August 2018, there were repairs done on the existing elevators and the elevator inspections were performed. Both elevators failed the five (5) year load test and were locked out. The contractor must replace the existing one (1) elevator that is in the section that was built in the 1930’s with new. The contractor must design and install the new elevator system. |
