Description | This project is for the demolition as well as disposal services for the burned-out barracks building on the property located at 4613 70th Ave. NE, Rochester, MN. This includes the proper management of all materials prior to and following demolition in accordance with all Federal, State, and local requirements. The property is owned by Olmsted County and is located in Haverhill Township near Rochester, Minnesota. The property at 4613 70th Ave. NE, Rochester is a former radar base, group home, and farm tax forfeited to Olmsted County. The original size of the of the building was about 20 x 95 or 1900 sf. In 2015 about a third of it was burned to the ground. In 2020 the other two thirds was set on fire but was mostly gutted. The exterior walls and the roof are barely still standing in this section. |
