Description | As of January 31, 2020, this project is on hold for undisclosed reasons. The project consists of 3 levels of parking with 5 levels of apartments above. The garage structure will be poured concrete and the apartment structure will be structural metal studs with precast plank. Please refer to the Instruction to Bidders in the General Documents folder for details on the bidding process. Please note that MEP drawings & specs are not available at this time & will be issued on or about Friday October 27th, 2017 as part of Addendum #1. Trades included on the project include but are not limited to: earthwork, utilities, paving, site concrete, pavers, fencing, landscaping, concrete, precast, masonry, structural steel, structural metal studs, misc metals, finish carpentry, waterproofing, insulation, weather barriers, wood soffit, roofing, green roof, caulking, doors, frames & hardware, coiling doors, glass & aluminum, aluminum windows, louvers, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, signage, specialties, appliances, casework, site furnishings, elevators, chutes, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC & electrical. A building permit was issued in April 2017. A general contractor has been selected. Construction is anticipated to begin in spring 2018.
