High Point Phase 1 is a Low-rise Residential Community With 344 ].ow-income Rental Dwelling Units. High Point Block a Replace 45 Integrated Boilers, Exhaust, Vent-ing, Bypass Valves, and Perform a 2-step System Flush. For High Point Block C - Replace Bypass Valves and Per-form a 2-step System Flush. Location: Various Units Within the Community.
