Description | City of Circleville, Ohio (owner ) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Utility Improvements for Circle Drive Contract 1-2023 The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of existing 6-inch waterline and appurtenances with 8-inch ductile iron waterline and appurtenances. Project also includes associated trench repair and street asphalt milling and overlay. The Issuing Office is Strand Associates, Inc., 425 West Nationwide Boulevard, Suite 100, Columbus, OH 43215. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to owner in an amount of 10% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. Contractor shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
