Wesley House - Mechanical Systems Upgrades

This solicitation contains ALL Project Documents, Addenda, and Questions & Answers for the Project as well as the Bid Form for All Construction. Deadline for responses to bidders questions and/or clarifications requests: Jan 4th 2024, 4:00 PM EST The project will be awarded under (1) one Prime Contract. Project Consists of the repairs and upgrades to the existing geothermal HVAC system. Bids must be submitted electronically on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner. This project will require payment of Pennsylvania prevailing wages. The successful bidder will be required to provide Prevailing Wage Determination Schedule and Weekly Payroll Certification Forms with all Invoices/Applications for Payment. The Bidders attention is called to the fact that this project is governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Commonwealth Financing Authority (as grantor), Delaware County Industrial Development Authority (as grantee), and Community Action Agency of Delaware County (as sub-grantee). Specific terms and conditions outlined and provided in Section B, Articles 20 and 21 shall apply to the successful bidders contract. Award of Contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
