Co2 Sensor Systems Repair and Maintenance

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide maintenance and repair services to Co2 sensor systems in Lake County Fire Stations. As part of this solicitation, the County may request that the Contractor provide and install new equipment and other related components. This work shall take place at locations throughout Lake County in conjunction with the County’s needs to ensure that these systems are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Such services must encompass furnishing fully trained technicians, all needed parts and materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision for the performance of the projected work. Any specialized cables and/or computer equipment needed to work on the systems shall be supplied by the Contractor at no additional cost to the County. This service must also include any and all travel, trip, and or delivery charges to any of the Lake County Government Facilities throughout the County. Vendors are advised that this procurement action will be formalized by an agreement. A sample agreement is provided in Exhibit D of this Request for Proposal.
