| Description | Project scope of work to include the following: a. Build a 10,000 square foot freezer that will concide/fit with the existing 5,000 square foot freezer. b. The new freezer will need to join the existing freezer on one wall. c. The existing freezer will need to become a cooler. d. Re-arrange the racking in the old freezer/new cooler so it is a wrap formation with it being open in the center to accommodate picking and short term storage of pallets going to schools. e. Develop a dock that goes into the cooler that is covered to unload frozen and refrigerated product. f. Site work for new freezer location g. Demo existing cooler in warehouse building, including any/all associated work. |
