Lawn Services at Berry Field - TANG

Work shall consist of cutting grass, weed eating, trim around curbs and buildings, trimming fence rows and walking paths, cleaning curbs of grass and weeds around Buildings 720, 735, 736, 740, 741, 743, 747, 757, 801, 802, 803, 806, 807, 808, 810, 811, 812 and 815, and cutting grass on the bank with hemlock trees. Approximately square footage is 958,320. (With an acre being 43,560 square feet, amounting to approximately 22 acres.) The Contractor shall provide all goods or services and deliverables as required, described, and detailed in the Scope or Specifications set forth in the Invitation to Bid and meet all service and delivery timelines as specified by the Invitation to Bid.
