RFP Design - Design Professional Services New Public Works Facility

Ellis County is seeking proposals from interested architectural firms for design professional services for a new Public Works Facility as described herein. Both the public works administration, operations, and noxious weeds will be consolidated to a new location at 1681 250th Avenue, just north of Hays on Highway 183. It is Ellis County's intention to acquire a dependable design professional with a firmly established base of operations who can offer a competitive rate, quality services, and features to meet the County's needs. The selection committee, with consultation with the Ellis County Commission, will have sole authority to negotiate any portion of the proposals received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
