Fencing at Fairgrounds

Base Bid Scope: 1. Remove approximately 1,000 LF of existing chain link fencing from the north end of the property per the attached drawings. 2. Demolition to include minor grading of area around fencing and removal of existing shrubs/bushes/debris in area 3. Existing chain link gate on East end of the northern fencing to remain in place 4. Install approximately 950 LF of new fencing 5. Fencing shall extend from the west side of the eastern gate to Fort Howard Avenue per the attached drawings 6. Fencing product shall be a 6’ Trex Seclusion Composite Fencing System in Winchester Grey color. Post caps are to be Crown style. Alternate #1 Scope: 1. Construction of approximately 165 LF of fencing to create a maintenance yard 2. Include pricing for (1) large gate for vehicles and (1) gate for pedestrian access 3. Fencing product shall be a 6’ Trex Seclusion Composite Fencing System in Winchester Grey color. Post caps are to be Crown style.
