The proposed Project team will secure financing through publicly available funding sources for the design, construction, operation, and/or maintenance of an approximately 1400 acre STA on private lands controlled by the entity making the proposal through 2036 at no direct cost to the County. The property and STA project will be conveyed to the County at the end of the proposed project term. |
