Resurface Two (2) Tennis Courts and One (1) Basketball Court at Cave Spring Park

Scope: Two (2) Tennis Courts: The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to resurface two (2) tennis courts. Resurfacing must be per manufacturer’s specifications. The contractor must state the brand name of the materials to be used for the resurfacing. Pressure Wash and Clean the Tennis Court areas to be resurfaced. Fill all structural cracks with E330 Crack Filler or equal. Install multi layered Rite Way or equal. Crack Repair System over all structural cracks (1/16” or larger). The crack repair system should not bubble, have hollow sounds and should incorporate a micro sealant moisture barrier over the cracks. Fill all low lying areas and paving joints with an acrylic patch binder. Apply two (2) coats of Black and two (2) coats Acrytech playing surface or equal. Colors will be Royal Blue and Light Green. Stripe two (2) regulation tennis courts with one coatof primer and two (2) coats of texturized white line paint and stripe two sets of Pickleball lines. Sand and paint net posts, rehang nets. The contractor is responsible for removal of all work debris.
