Construction and equipping of a new Town Hall and Police Station to be operated by the Owner and to be located on property adjacent to the existing Town Hall and Police Station operated by the Owner at 111 North Broad Street, Griffith, Indiana (the “Existing Griffith Town Hall/Police Station”), and upon completion will replace the Existing Griffith Town Hall/Police Station (the “New Griffith Town Hall/Police Station”), certain equipment purchases and/or installation in connection therewith, demolition of the Existing Griffith Town Hall/Police Station upon the completion of the New Griffith Town Hall/Police Station, possible site improvements and related projects.
