Tall I-35 Tower Rehabilitation Project

Bids will be solicited for the complete cleaning and repainting of the tank on the interior wet surfaces, the spot cleaning and spot coating of the interior dry surfaces, and the spot cleaning and spot coating of areas of the exterior surfaces damaged by repairs. Additional Work items include: repair of concrete and grout; installation of new interior container ladder safe-climbing device, sleeve around opening in the top platform, expansion joint in the existing inlet/outlet pipe, overflow pipe elastomeric check valve, and cushion inserts in the existing feed-through boot assemblies in the access tube projection; replacement of burnt-out interior dry bulbs, missing interior dry light fixture protective globes and cages, roof railing toe bar, cracked neoprene sleeve at the access tube projection above the roof, access tube manhole, and clog-resistant vent pallet screen; including other miscellaneous repairs and incidental items such as coordination with the OWNER, first anniversary evaluation, disposal of debris, site restoration, etc.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
