| Description | County has been purchasing electrical power for the Public Safety Building located at 7445 County House Road and the old County Nursing Home located at 7451 County House Road in the Town of Sennett from a bioenergy digester plant located near the two buildings. When the transition from NYSEG to the digester took place the NYSEG service to the buildings was removed and replaced by a service owned by the digester. The cost of this electrical power has increased to the point it is becoming cost prohibitive so the County is considering switching back to NYSEG for our electrical needs. We are seeking bids for an electrician to provide and run conduit and cable for new underground NYSEG Electric Service to the buildings. |
