Public Works On-Call Construction Services

Construction firms able to provide on-call heavy construction services as required by the City of Ann Arbor Public Works Unit. The type of work may include, but is not limited to, repair and/or replacement of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, manholes, culverts, concrete and asphalt pavement restoration and other related work. Examples of potential projects include repair of large diameter water main breaks, dewatering system installation, repair of sanitary sewer over 15 feet deep, rehabilitation of storm water collection ditches, insertion of water main line-stops, excavation, grading, placement of rip-rap, site restoration, or other storm water, sanitary sewer or water distribution system repair activities to be determined by the City.
