| Description | PURPOSE: The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all equipment, labor, materials and incidentals necessary to provide "self-contained" spray injection pothole patching services on primary and secondary routes within the three (3) residencies of the Fredericksburg District. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation of equipment and insurance necessary to complete the project(s) as described herein. This service shall be on an "as needed" and "on call" hourly basis. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From Date of Award through one (1) year with up to four (4) one (1) year optional renewals QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS INVITATION FOR BID: Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Karen Altman at Karen.Altman@VDOT.virginia.gov.
