The above bid is firm and not subject to increase for a period beginning October 1, 2022 and ending March 31, 2023. The products or supplies must be delivered in a timely manner. The work and services must be performed and completed in a timely manner as well. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waiver informalities and to reject any and all bids.
