Description

1. Furnish and Install selected carpet tiles as specified by the owner. 2. Once the cubicle stations are removed by another contractor, the contractor shall remove the carpet and dispose of tiles except when specified by owner. The contractor will install carpet in addition to lifting the file cabinets, office furniture, etc. These items will be replaced after the carpet is installed by the contractor. 3. The contractor will replace all transition/reducer strips. 4. The contractor will add LVT tile to certain rooms as specified by the owner. If upon removal of carpet there is LVT tile present, the contractor may perform this work over the old tile as long as the old tile provides a proper foundation. 5. The contractor shall remove and replace all 6 inch cove base. This includes all corners. 6. The contractor shall use only manufacture's approved glue/adhesive. 7. Minor floor prep will include filing of small holes and cracks.
