| Description | Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Harold Hitchcock at hhitchcock@edisonohio.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page on the OFCC website on a regular basis until one week before the response deadline. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document. This project is to paint the interior walls including all hallways and stairways in the West Hall area of our main Campus. This project consists of some repairs of existing areas before painting. The areas consist of cement block and drywall. I have developed a Program of Requirements (POR) for this project, so that process will not be needed. EDGE Participation Goal Percent of initial Total A/E Fee: 5.0% The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
