The City of Englewood Parks, Recreation, Golf and Library Department ("the City" or "City") is soliciting Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified firms ("Proposer") for Bates/Logan Park enhancement. All work required to completely remove the, restroom and install new picnic shelter, restroom and flatwork, site furnishings, landscaping, irrigation, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
