Guardrail Repair/Replacements - Multiple Locations

The City of Davenport is issuing a request for quotes for repair/replacements of City guardrails. The City of Davenport reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. Location 1 W 3 rd Street, between Telegraph Road and Waverly Road, on the north side of the street. Repair all damaged posts, blocks, w-beams, & flared end sections as needed. Location 10 Wapello Avenue, near the intersection of Rockingham Road. Replace all damaged posts, blocks, and end sections as needed. Vegetation removal will be completed by others prior to guardrail repair. Location 11 Warren Street, south of W 5thStreet, at culvert outlet. Replace sign, sign post and guardrail. Location 2 E 53rd Street, between Carey Ave and the railroad tracks, on the south side of the street. Repair/replace end terminal. Location 3 E 53rdStreet at bridge over Goose Creek, between Grand Ave and Tremont Ave, on the south side of the street. Repair/replace w-beams and adjust or replace post and blocks as needed. Location 4 River Street, between River Drive and Glenwood Avenue adjacent to Lindsey Park, on the south side of the street. Repair damaged stone columns and repair or replace cable. Location 5 N Lincoln Avenue, between W 4th street and Telegraph Road, on the west side of the street. Repair or replace damaged w-beam as needed, adjust or replace block. If w-beam is replaced, install reflectors on new beam which are similar to existing reflectors. Location 6 Rockingham Road, near the intersection of S Elsie Avenue, on the south side of the street. Repair or replace damaged barrier wall. Location 7 Rockingham Road over Walnut Creek, near John Fell Drive, on the southeast side of the street. Repair or replace end terminal. Location 8 S Elmwood Avenue, north of Boies Avenue, on the west side of the street. Repair or replace all damaged posts, blocks, w-beams and flared ends as needed. Vegetation removal will be completed by others prior to guardrail repair.
