The Work of the Project is defined by the contract documents and consists of the renovation of the former bookstore on the ground floor level of the Orr Major Building. Project consists primarily of demolition of existing interior finishes, construction of new floors, walls, ceilings and includes newramps and stairs. In addition there will be new finishes, new lighting, new mechnaical systems. and revisions to fire suppression system to fit the new construction. A single Contract will be awarded for the "Project as a whole," including the following classification(s) of work: 1. Demolition 2. General 3. Sitework 4. Paving 5. Mechanical 6. Electrical 7. Plumbing 8.
