Description | Resurface the tennis courts at Easley and Pickens High Schools (Easley High School (EHS) 154 Green Wave Boulevard Easley, SC 29642; Pickens High School (PHS) 150 Blue Fame Drive Pickens, SC 29671). The tennis courts at Pickens High (5-court battery) are approximately 3,415 SY and the tennis courts at Easley High (double court and triple court) are approximately 3,632 SY. Pictures of the existing courts are attached. There are approximately 933 LF of cracks at Pickens High and 1,178 LF of cracks at Easley High. Contractor to verify all dimensions. The color of the court surfaces will change from red/ dark green to dark green/ dark blue and/or light blue/ dark blue. 1. Remove and store the existing net posts and nets (if sleeved) onsite. 2. Wash and/or buff court surface, removing stain, mildew and loose material to ensure proper surface adhesion. 3. Repair all cracks using the RiteWay Crack fill system 4. Clean all debris and loose materials from the existing cracks. Flow the acrylic patch binder, sand, and cement mixture into the existing cracks and buff smooth. 5. Using acrylic patch binder, sand and cement mix, patch any existing birdbaths (deeper than a nickel). 6. Apply one coat of fortified acrylic resurface over the entire court to ensure a smooth and consistent surface. DO NOT use asphalt emulsions. 7. Apply two coats of fortified acrylic color coatings over the entire courts. 8. Paint the tennis court lines with 2 coats of textured tennis court line paint 9. Paint the existing tennis net posts with Sherwin Williams Steel-Master 9500 paint or approved equal and install new tennis nets/ center straps by Har-Tru Royale | ||||||||
