Construct three monitoring wells in the City of Desert Hot Springs, one to be located on the northeastern portion of the Regional Water Reclamation Facility (RWRF) property between the planned evaporation/infiltration basins area and active MSWD supply Well 33, the second just east of Little Morongo Road along 20th Avenue, and the third located on the southwestern portion of the RWRF property along 20th Avenue.
