Replace influent pumps/piping/valves; construct new distribution box; control bldg structural/architectural repairs/improvements; replace electrical switchgear & MCCs installed in new electrical room. General Bidders must be DCAMM certified for sewage and water treatment plants. Sub-Bidders must be DCAMM certified for their respective class of Work. A portion of the electrical Work is to be funded with a grant made available through FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and is subject to Program requirements, Project specific regulations and requirements, and Federal Law. Anyone receiving project information must be registered for public records purposes. Question Acceptance Deadline 08/5/2022 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Bid security: 5 percent of the Bid must accompany the Bid. The Project being bid is subject to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 44A-J and prevailing wage rates as issued by the Director of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, Department of Labor Standards under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27D inclusive, as amended, apply to this Project Substantial Completion: 450 calendar days; Final Completion: 480 calendar days.
