Southgate Self Storage

Scope: The facility consists of several one-story storage warehouse buildings, totaling 95,250 square feet in size, and one, two-story 2,800 square-foot building with an office and dwelling for watchman. As of April 2023, the project is in design and currently under a third review for site plan approval. The project received conditional use permit and zoning reclassification approval from the Planning Commission. Information regarding an architect and contractor selection has not been announced at this time. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
