Lincoln Branch Library Reconfiguration

The scope of work consists of renovations to Lincoln Branch Library that includes general construction (including but not limited to demolition, structural steel, finishes, millwork, partitions/drywall, storefront, signage and additional work as indicated on drawings. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing including fire protection contracts to support renovation. Work also includes but not limited to exterior site work including landscaping, exterior building finishes, replacement exterior entry canopy, windows, doors and lighting.
