Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security that shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Base Bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders and Statement of Bidders Qualification. Sealed envelopes shall clearly read "PARTIAL LOW SLOPE ROOF REPLACEMENT ON THE SCHAIN BUILDING, 141 WEST FRONT STREET, BERWICK, PA 18603". Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted. No emailed or faxed bids will be received. Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Form provided. Bidders shall not alter this form in anyway. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner and shall remain firm for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening. Work shall commence in the spring 2023, as soon as weather permits. All work MUST be completed within 75 days of commencement The Department of Labor and Industry, through the Bureau of Labor Law Compliance, determined prevailing wage rates for this project, serial number is 22-08184.
