| Description | This project consists of replacement of three (3) overhead traction passenger elevators and one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator in the Court House Building located at 400 W. Congress Street, Tucson, Arizona. The overhead traction serves levels L1 to 5th floor. The hydraulic elevator serves level L1 to 3rd floor with all front openings. The original elevators were installed in 1991. The original elevator manufacturer was Montgomery Elevator. These elevators are beyond their useful life expectancy and a full modernization of equipment is required. |
