| Description | This project encompasses removal of a double-barrel 40LF 54" CMP culvert with rubble headwall and replaced with two 54" diameter, 40LF concrete culverts and a poured-in-place concrete headwall. This work will include demolition and replacement of approximately 130"of concrete residential driveway. The culvert conveys a flowing stream, and the contractor shall provide an erosion control plan for approval prior to beginning work. All work and materials shall be in compliance with GDOT specifications. Slopes shall be properly prepared and sodded at the end of construction. | ||||||
