Description | Site Directions: Minnesota Department of Transportation Spring Lake Park TS 1530 Co. Highway 10 Spring Lake Park, MN 55432 Minnesota Department of Transportation Oakdale HQ 3485 Hadley Ave. N. Oakdale, MN 55128 This meeting will be an opportunity to view the project sites and ask questions. It will begin at Oakdale HQ at 9:00 and, after approximately 30 minutes, will proceed to Spring Lake Park TS. The estimated start time at Spring Lake Park TS is 10:00. Attendees shall be provided with Visitor passes at the front desk. No independent, unescorted observations of the premises are allowed. This meeting time will be the only observation access to. the premises provided during bidding. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Mechanical and Electrical Construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. At Spring Lake Park 1. Remove and dispose of existing unit heaters UH-4, UH-5, UH-6, UH-7, UH-9, UH-16, and UH-17 and associated vent piping. 2. Provide new unit heaters UH-4, UH-5, UH-6, UH-16, and UH-17 at locations of existing unit heaters. 3. Disconnect and reconnect existing electrical and controls wiring. 4. Provide condensate pumps and piping 5. Provide combustion air and vent piping and associated roofing--maintain existing Johns Manville roof warranty At Oakdale 1. Remove and dispose of existing rooftop units RTU-1, RTU-2, RTU-3, and RTU-4. 2. Provide new RTU-1, RTU-2, RTU-3, RTU-4 and new roof curbs and associated roofing. 3. Disconnect and reconnect existing electrical and controls wiring. 4. Provide new MS/TP BACnet wiring to new RTUs. 5. Disconnect and reconnect/extend existing natural gas piping. Provide new regulators All questions must be submitted no later than seven (7) business days prior to receipt of bids. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time. Only authorized personnel listed in this section are authorized to discuss this solicitation with responders. Contact regarding this solicitation with any personnel not listed above could result in disqualification. This provision is not intended to prevent responders from seeking guidance from state procurement assistance programs regarding general procurement questions. |
