Description	Designer will manage hazardous material testing at specific RC facilities. Each RC location will contain different levels of lead dust contamination and IFR components to be removed and properly disposed of. Designer will be required to verify existing building conditions and develop an abatement plan in accordance with NCNG Standards. Designer will conduct lead abatement and repair of all major components within the IFR and adjacent spaces. Major components include: electrical, communications, fire alarms, HVAC, interior finishes, and infill of sand pit.
